Orders & Payment

• All pots are hand-painted. Minor variations in design or colour are part of their unique charm.

• Prices are in HKD.

• Full payment is required to confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

• Free delivery for orders over HK$500; otherwise, delivery costs HK$30 (Hong Kong only).

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or demand.

• Self-pickup is available at our studio on Caine Road, Central by appointment.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

• Report damages within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

• Plants are non-refundable.

Product Care

• Pots are varnished for durability but are designed for indoor/covered outdoor use. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or harsh weather.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and website content are owned by Pots and Plants HK. Unauthorised use (e.g., copying, reselling) is prohibited.

Privacy & Cookies

• We use required cookies to operate the website (e.g., checkout functionality). Optional cookies (e.g., analytics) may be declined.

Liability
