At Pots and Plants HK, we deliver happiness to your doorstep! Here’s everything you need to know:

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery:

• HK$30 flat fee anywhere in Hong Kong

• Delivery within 2-5 business days for available designs (we’ll notify you!)

Free Delivery:

• Automatically applied to all orders over HK$500

Self-Pickup:

• Free collection at our studio on Caine Road, Central

• By appointment only (we’ll contact you to schedule)

How It Works

1. Order Processing: Your hand-painted pot will arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 business days from purchase when ordering from our available collection. Each made-to-order pot requires 7-10 business days of careful painting before delivery.

2. Dispatch Notification: We’ll email/SMS you when your order ships.

Important Notes

Handling:

• Pots are securely packaged, but please inspect upon delivery.

• Report damages within 48 hours with photos to potsplantshk@gmail.com.

Timing:

• Deliveries occur Mon-Sun, 9AM-6PM.

• Delays may occur during typhoons or extreme weather.

Plant Care:

• Potted plants are delivered fresh but require immediate care.
